S & L has been a member of NECA since May of 1981. From 1981 until 2000, we were a member of the St. Lawrence Division of the Albany Chapter of NECA. On July 1, 2000, the Northern New York Chapter of NECA was formed, and S & L has been a member ever since.  You can view the web site of the Northern New York Chapter of NECA, by clicking on the NECA logo to your left.

About Us...              

Located in the small community of Colton in Upstate New York, S & L Electric has been serving the North Country for over twenty-five years.  The President, Leo Villeneuve, started up the company with the support of his wife, Sandra, the "S" in S & L. He started out in 1978, with two employees and a small office inside his home  Over the years, it has expanded into a strong organization of over fifty employees.
